Sweet for ArcGIS v8.6.2

The build numbers for this release are:

The 8.6.2 release of Sweet for ArcGIS includes the following:

Minor Enhancements

  • ENH-117392 Sweet Offline Authentication issue
    If a user has not signed into the Sweet mobile application recently, the sign in warning message is no longer displayed as a dialogue when the device is offline, but is displayed as a message in the Users profile instead
  • ENH-117834 Sweet for ArcGIS Mobile now support TMM 2026.11.2.0
    Sweet for ArcGIS Mobile now supports the latest version of Trimble Mobile Manager.

Bug Fixes

  • BUG-112903 Issue with reshaping polygons with holes in them where the hole touches the outer ring.
    The reshape behaviour now matches earlier versions of Sweet when editing polygons with holes in them – where the hole touches the outer ring (Esri Case #04166545).
  • BUG-116525 Cannot merge a split topology line.
    If you split a line and then try to merge it will not work. This is now resolved (Esri Case #04182158).
  • BUG-117006 Intersection improvements via arcade.
    A new Arcade function has been added to Sweet to simplify geometries and help with intersection results (Esri Case #04181100).
  • BUG-117007 Attribute fields with lookups.
    Fields populate correctly with the lookup name when selected (Esri Case #04186430).
  • BUG-117321 Unable to save Plans in Sweet for ArcGIS Mobile.
    Corrects a problem with uploading Plans when using the Sweet for ArcGIS Mobile applications (Esri Case #04189329).
  • BUG-119432 Sweet for ArcGIS mobile with GNSS devices.
    Improved options for connecting Sweet for ArcGIS mobile with GNSS devices via Bluetooth (Esri Case #04199045).
  • BUG-120208 Photos attach correctly with overlap topology rules.
    This addresses an issue with photos failing to attach in web and mobile (online and offline) with overlap topology rules (Esri Case #04204532).
  • BUG-120245 Date and time field subtracting one hour when saving offline when date and time picker has been opened.
    One hour is no longer subtracted when saving offline each time the date and time picker is opened (Esri Case #04201074).
  • BUG-123568 Points captured using a custom GPS profile are offset from their true positions.
    Points captured using a custom GPS profile are now correctly reprojected using the configured projection profile.

Important Information

  • Known Issue: Assignment attachment viewing after downloading offline area
    There is a known issue related to viewing assignment attachments once an assignment has been downloaded to a device. Assignment attachments can be viewed within the Sweet Mobile app prior to downloading the offline area. If attachment access is required while offline, it is recommended that the attachments are saved to the device before downloading.
